Contracting, payment, cancellation and refund policy

Terms for contracting, payments, timelines and services.

At Goddesniquel Studio, every project is born from intention, care and clarity. This policy sets out the framework for contracting our services and the conditions that allow each creative process to be carried out in a transparent, professional and orderly way.

1. Nature of the services

Goddesniquel Studio provides intangible creative, strategic and technology services, customised on demand and developed according to the needs and specifications of each client.

These services include, among others, visual identity and branding, graphic and editorial design, social media content, audiovisual production, website and online store design and development, art direction, and the creation or integration of artificial intelligence agents and digital automations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the service listing or in the accepted proposal, we do not sell mass-market physical products or automatically downloadable files delivered immediately after payment.

2. Payment methods

The following payment methods can be used to contract our services, subject to availability:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Bizum
  • Bank transfer
  • Trustly (EU countries)
  • PayPal

Payments are processed through secure, certified payment platforms.

PayPal may offer eligible customers the option to pay in 3 interest-free instalments, subject to PayPal's terms and approval. This option is managed directly by PayPal and does not change the payment terms set by Goddesniquel Studio.

3. Contracting terms and payment options

To contract a project, the client may choose between the following payment options, as set out in the corresponding proposal, quote or contract:

○ Full payment

The client may pay 100% of the total project amount in advance.

Once payment has been received and confirmed, Goddesniquel Studio will start the project according to the agreed schedule.

◐ 50/50 split payment

When this option is agreed, payment will be made as follows:

  • 50% of the total amount to book the project and start work.
  • The remaining 50% upon final delivery of the project.

The project will not start until the first payment has been received and confirmed.

◇ 3 instalments via PayPal

This option allows the amount to be split into 3 monthly payments when paying via PayPal. Payment in 3 instalments is subject to PayPal's availability, approval and terms, so it can only be selected when this option is available to the client and the purchase meets PayPal's requirements.

The financing of the instalments and its terms are managed directly by PayPal and are not guaranteed for all purchases or clients.

The payment option applicable to each project will be specified in the corresponding proposal, quote or contract before work begins.

4. Workflow and approvals

Once payment is confirmed or the financial proposal is accepted, the project will be developed in the following stages:

  • Briefing: gathering the technical, strategic and aesthetic requirements needed to start work.
  • Development: creating the project according to the agreed scope and schedule.
  • Review and feedback: presenting progress, sketches, mock-ups or test environments so the client can give feedback within the included rounds.
  • Approval: before final delivery, the client must expressly confirm approval in writing with a message such as "Approved" or "Go ahead".

Communication will take place via corporate email or the messaging channels authorised for each project. Progress may be shown in low resolution, with watermarks or in test environments until the agreed payment is completed.

5. Delivery and performance of services

Given the nature of each project, the service will be considered delivered or performed according to the following criteria:

  • Design, branding and audiovisual material: when the final files are sent to the client's email, shared via a cloud storage link or delivered through the agreed official channel.
  • Websites and online stores: when the site is published on the agreed final hosting, the domain is connected and the relevant credentials or access are handed over. The specific features will be those set out in the approved scope.
  • AI agents and automations: when the solution works on the agreed destination channel, the planned tests have been carried out and the access, configurations or elements defined in the proposal have been delivered or transferred.

The date of sending, publication or notice of delivery will be the service delivery date, without prejudice to fixing any issues covered by the contracted scope.

6. Timelines, revisions and scope

As a general guide, timelines may vary depending on the service contracted:

  • Websites or online stores: between 1 and 3 weeks, extendable up to 4 weeks depending on complexity.
  • Other creative services: from 3 working days.
  • Revisions: between 1 and 3 rounds, or as stated in the accepted proposal.

Before starting the service, the following will be set out in writing through a proposal, quote or contract:

  • Project scope
  • Deliverables
  • Timelines
  • Included revisions
  • Payment terms
  • Responsibilities of both parties

Changes beyond the included scope or rounds may require an increase in budget and timeline, which must be communicated and accepted before being carried out. Timelines also depend on the client providing the necessary information, materials and approvals on time.

7. Cancellations, refunds and right of withdrawal

Projects require scheduling, planning and customised work. Therefore, once the service has started, cancellations with a full refund at the client's sole discretion will not be accepted.

  • If cancellation is requested before work begins, the status of the booking will be reviewed and any administrative costs or commitments already incurred may be deducted, where legally applicable and previously disclosed.
  • If requested during development, the deposit or initial payment may be applied to the hours worked, the planning carried out and the costs already incurred. If this work exceeds the amount paid, the completed portion may be invoiced according to the accepted quote.
  • Services already delivered and work correctly performed are non-refundable, without prejudice to the client's rights in the event of breach or non-conformity.

Right of withdrawal

Where the client is legally a consumer, they may exercise the right of withdrawal within the period set by applicable law, unless a legal exception applies.

If the client expressly requests that the service begin during the withdrawal period and later decides to withdraw before it is fully performed, they must pay the proportional part of the service already provided, where permitted by law.

The right of withdrawal will be lost once the service has been fully performed only where performance began with the client's prior express consent and the client acknowledged that they would lose this right once the service was completed, in accordance with Spanish consumer law.

8. Client non-response

If the client does not provide the necessary information or does not respond within 7 days, the project will be paused. If the lack of response lasts more than 30 days, the project may be considered completed with no right to a refund.

9. Changes by the studio

If more time is needed for technical or creative reasons, Goddesniquel Studio undertakes to:

  • Notify the client at least 48 hours in advance
  • Reschedule delivery
  • Maintain the agreed quality and scope

10. Intellectual property and licences

The exploitation rights over the final designs created specifically for the project will be transferred or licensed to the client under the terms defined in the proposal or contract, once 100% of the agreed amount has been paid.

Until payment is complete, sketches, proposals, working files and deliverables remain the property of Goddesniquel Studio and may not be used, reproduced, modified or distributed without authorisation.

Typefaces, photographs, music, templates, extensions, software, models, stock resources or other third-party elements retain their original licences. Their use is subject to the terms of their respective owners and cannot be transferred beyond what those licences allow.

11. Web services, external tools and artificial intelligence

Unless the proposal expressly states otherwise, the client is responsible for contracting, renewing and paying for the third-party services needed for the ongoing operation of their project, such as domains, web hosting, apps, plugins, licences, automation platforms or API usage.

In artificial intelligence and automation projects, Goddesniquel Studio will configure the solution based on the information provided by the client and carry out the tests set out in the scope. The client is responsible for the accuracy, legality and updating of the data, content and instructions they provide.

Artificial intelligence models and external services may produce inaccurate responses or experience changes, outages or limitations beyond the studio's control. The client must therefore monitor their operation and review responses before using them in important decisions or sensitive communications.

Goddesniquel Studio will not be liable for failures attributable solely to external providers, changes made by the client or uses other than those agreed. This limitation does not cover breaches, configuration errors or damages legally attributable to the studio.
